As the days gently shorten and the vibrant hues of autumn emerge, we invite you to join us for "Return to Balance," a sacred retreat honouring the Autumn Equinox. This special day is designed to help you realign with nature’s rhythms, find inner harmony, and embrace the transition into the slower pace of the season.

Our journey together will begin with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony in the forest, an ancient ritual that opens the heart and deepens our connection to ourselves and the Earth. Following this, you will be guided through a Releasing Journaling Exercise, where you can let go of what no longer serves you, making space for new intentions and insights.

In the serene embrace of the forest, we will engage in Forest Bathing, allowing the healing power of nature to restore our sense of peace and presence. Our day continues with Somatic Release Movement, helping you to release stored tension and find balance within your body.

As we move deeper into the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own autumnal masterpiece during our Wreath Making session, using the rich colors and textures of the season, you will make your own Crescent Moon Wreath (as shown in image- an example one I made). Nourish your body with Autumnal Refreshments, thoughtfully prepared to ground and warm you from within.

Our day will culminate in a deeply restorative Sound Bath, where the soothing vibrations will guide you into a state of profound relaxation, bringing your mind, body, and spirit into perfect balance to align with the energy of the season.
