Thank you so much for choosing me to guide you through your lion’s gate manifestation ritual 2024. It's my absolute honour to help you align with the powerful energy that we sit in today to start you on your manifestation journey.
Some of you may know that I am not an astrologer but a sound healer and spiritual connection guide so understanding the technicalities of the astrological events of this month is something that I look to guidance from astrology experts for. The information that I'm providing to you around the alignment of the stars and planets is information I've borrowed from other trusted sources so we can help understand a little bit further about why this time of year is so potent with manifestation and energy. Now, that being said, I'm definitely no rookie when it comes to harnessing this energy. Although my understanding of the planet alignments may not be something I keep stored in my brain, I am very much in tune with the huge shift of cosmic energy happening right now and always as a highly spiritual and highly sensitive person (which I see as one and the same.)
I don't know about you but I have personally experienced certain things falling apart which in the moment feel difficult but my heart and soul knows that this is just making way for bigger and better things that I am aligning my life too. There is absolutely no chance that I am missing out on activating and aligning my mind, body and soul with this energy because I'm already on a trajectory, stepping into my dream life.

So….. what is the Lion’s Gate Portal all about?
Each year, on the 8th month of the year, our spiritual sun Sirius, our Earthly Sun, Orion’s Belt and Earth perfectly align in their orbit during this time which opens up a portal and sends a huge amount of energy to earth. The sun is also aligned in the sign of Leo (the sign it rules) when the portal opens, which is why it’s called the Lion’s Gate.
Portal opens in late July and remains open till August the 12th. August the 8th is considered the date when the energy is most potent aligning with numerology - the 8th Day of the 8th month. In Numerology 8 is the number of power abundance and prosperity and this year we are blessed with the triple eight combination being that 2024 is also an eight-year. 2 + 0 + 2 + 4 = 8
Are you all still with me? Ok, great! Now for a little bit of spiritual history that I love about this day…
Sirius is the brightest star in the sky and it was held in high esteem by ancient Egyptians, so much so that they referred to her as the Goddess Sopdet. The annual rising of Sirius would signal the flooding of the Nile which meant that the land would be fertile and abundant again this is why the portal is associated with abundance and prosperity!
I don't know about you but I'm definitely not missing out on this powerful spiritual energy but surges towards our earth in our universe at the moment to align with this prosperity and abundance energy - shifting my mindset , my feelings and communicating this out to the universe to make my intentions heard as well as advancing my spiritual connection.
During this time, because of the huge amount of spiritual light coming through to our world it's likely that your psychic abilities will expand your awareness in spiritual messages will be more sensitive than usual and expect to receive insightful downloads from spirit. This might look like angel Numbers appearing (repeating number e.g. 11:11) Audio or Visual Synchronicities appearing unexpectedly, And deeper connection to your intuition (gut feeling/ inner knowing without evidence) unexpected endings to clear space for more aligned new beginnings.
Just to add a cherry to the top of the cake in this powerful time we also have mercury in retrograde until August the 28th. I know what you are probably thinking because I'm thinking the same thing….. OH SHIT! When a planet retrogrades it means that it appears to be moving backwards in its axis from the perspective of earth but this is actually just an optical illusion. what this does usually mean is we Encounter a shit storm if you will of highly charged energies. Luckily we have just moved through the most heightened stage of the retrograde so we can all take a breath and relax just a little. You probably have seen people mess up communications, technology might not be in your side or your emotions or other people around you these emotions might have been all over the place seeming more irritable and ungrounded than usual maybe a little chaotic to say the least… I know that I have been personally experiencing a mixture of all of these things.
You can expect vivid dreams, synchronicities, deja vu, heightened emotions and intuition, detours, technological malfunctions, people from the past reappearing for closure, unpredictable events and unexpected encounters, miscommunications, misunderstandings and mix ups rekindling old connections, reflecting and reminiscing, learning from the past - reviewing, closing chapters to name a few!!!
I invite you to take a moment and think back over the last few days and just notice if you can blame the Mercury Retrograde for any of this behaviour - hehe - explains a lot right?
