Start your year with positive energy by joining Jessica for a special intention setting, manifestation ceremony and Sound Bath.
Expect to clear any stagnant energy from 2023, set clear goals for the year ahead in a guided journaling/ coaching practice and join as a community to manifest your desires in an inspiring sound bath of beautiful frequencies.
Feel free to bring your own notebooks and favourite pen along with any crystals if you wish to bathe them in high frequencies. Wear whatever you feel comfortable sitting/ lying down in. You can bring your own mat or rent one from Oru.
A comforting warm drink will be included as part of this session.
Please note that sound baths might not be suitable for those who are at the beginning or end of pregnancy for safety reasons.
