Join me at the relaxing Rejoy Middleton St. George for a women’s community event to welcome in the Autumn months. As nature starts to soften, we are reminded to soften too, harnessing the nurturing feminine power at this time of year.

Expect skincare goodies, a warm heart opening drink, connection with like minded women in a sharing sister circle and a healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls to connect and help heal your inner world.

You will need to bring;

- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

- A pillow

- A blanket

- Please wear comfortable clothing

- You might want to bring an eye pillow and a bolster but they are not required

About the Facilitator

Jessica uses her deep connection with music, and ability to work with subtle energy to help others find connection to themselves and their community, holding space to heal from the stresses of modern life. Feeling personally disconnected from herself in her twenties, Jessica ventured on a spiritual journey of self-discovery through various holistic modalities and deeply connected with music, just as she had when she was a child. She now shares her gift with others to find meaningful and nurturing connections with their spirit, community and the world around them through guided meditation journeys and sound rituals.

Please arrive on time. We will require the full time for this event so if you are any longer than 3 mins late, you will not be able to take part and will not be able to get a refund.

As this is a small event, refunds will not be available. You may however sell your ticket to another woman but please let me know their name ahead of attending.
